The RACI model helps teams define roles and expectations clearly for every project or initiative.
R – Responsible: Who actually does the work.
A – Accountable: Who owns the outcome.
C – Consulted: Who provides input or expertise.
I – Informed: Who needs to stay in the loop.
When used right, RACI isn’t bureaucracy - it’s clarity in action.
It turns chaos into collaboration.

List all major tasks or decisions in your project.
Identify key people involved.
For each task, assign:

I – Informed: Who needs updates?
Review it as a team - clarify overlaps and gaps.
Keep it visible (use Miro, Notion, or Excel).
